To go to work and know that I can help someone disfigured
To know that people believe in me
To know that I put a smile on someone's face
I am a hero

They feel ashamed, like they have to hide
Don’t worry about the cruel people because I will help
I am a hero

The burns and scars don’t mean you're weak
They just mean you’re brave and you won’t back down
You too are a hero

The disfigurement and tormenting can be put to end
All the accidents and regrets can be erased
Because I am here
I am a hero
